These new skills are an additional set of skills that can only be active on one of a character's three skill trees at a time and said skill tree has to be level 55.. Its hard to explain, but in order to build charges you need to use certain skills, for a good majority of builds that i use, i dont use half of the skills that build charges. So that means I will have to change my build to some odd combination just to use the abyssal skills. Im probably going to switch to the Shadowplay abyssal skills.
